Windis Zero

Windis Zero can be installed in a new or an existing air handling unit, regardless of the unit's make. The system works in every site where the air handling unit has run-around coil heat recovery.

Systems with several extract-air coils

In systems with several extract-air coils, the delivery includes 2-way control valves as standard, measuring the fluid flow of each extract-air coil separately.

Efficiency in hard frost

Heat-recovery efficiency stays close to its design value even in hard frost, so the need for supplementary heat stays low.

Installation

The run-around loop is assembled and tested at the factory. On site it is connected to the air handling unit and the building automation.

Renovation

The existing air handling unit does not need to be replaced. The controller is integrated into the unit, so the building automation needs no software changes.

Automation interfaces

Windis Zero is delivered with a pre-programmed controller that can be connected to a building automation system: Modbus RTU · Modbus TCP · BACnet MSTP · BACnet IP · I/O (run permission, cooling permission and setpoint 0–10 V, alarm).
